Welcome remarks by Mayor Corrigan, the Chair of the Burnaby Parks Recreation & Culture Commission, and the President of the Burnaby Rhododendron & Gardens Society. The New Westminster Pipe Band leads the procession south down the East Plaza to the South Plaza Stage.

Competition features a display of floral bouquets by both professionals & amateurs. You get to vote for your favourite from 9:30am to 2:00pm. Winners announced at 2:55pmon the South Plaza Stage
